Cancellation Policy
At Dee's Cuties, we strive to offer high-quality nail services to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy.
1. Notice Requirement
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation depending on availability and salon discretion.
4. Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service and you will also incur a late fee of 20$ no matter what service. In some cases, we may need to reschedule, which will be considered a late cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.
6. Refund Policy
Deposits or prepayments made for a service are non-refundable but can be applied toward future services if the cancellation adheres to the above policy.
